Orange cream-flavored gelatin salad with pineapple and mandarin oranges. This orange tapioca salad is a family favorite in the summer.

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant tapioca pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Boil Water: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Mix and Cook:
Whisk in the orange gelatin mix, vanilla pudding mix, and tapioca pudding mix.
Return to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Cool: Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.
Fold in Ingredients:
Fold in the drained mandarin oranges, undrained crushed pineapple, and whipped topping.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
Chill: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve: Use a spoon to fluff the top before serving.
